Handi House, Lark Weather King Portable Shed & buildings are fully built and constructed at the manufacture. They are delivered as a whole piece. For standard delivery and installation, you need two feet wider than the shed and fourteen feet tall of clearance. Non-standard crane delivery adds to the delivery time & installation price.

Many factors can affect the lead time for custom orders, including the time of year, the type of building, any custom upgrades, the local permitting process, and required engineered drawings.
